Account Executive – DMV – Optomi Professional Services

Roles/Responsibilities:
Connect with clients/companies in the DMV market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffee, lunches, etc.
Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
Required Experience/Skills:
Prior experience in staffing industry preferred, not required
Proven success in a client-facing sales role
Experience targeting new business through cold calls, emails, etc.
