Overview: As a Senior Application Security Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical infrastructure through the secure development of applications. Collaborating closely with our Information Technology team, you will provide expert guidance on secure coding practices, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and support cybersecurity operations initiatives. If you are passionate about application security and eager to make a significant impact in protecting vital systems, this role is for you.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in the Application Security of Microsoft development stack, including: .NET Framework & CORE, C#, SQL, Web Services (WCF), and Azure app service.

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, secure network protocols, operating systems, SDLC coding practices, and encryption concepts.

Ability to develop detailed process and procedure documentation and prepare documentation for audits.

Familiarity with security best practices, standards, auditing, and compliance initiatives such as NIST Cyber Security Framework, 800-53, 800-171, SOC Trust Services Criteria.

Ability to comprehend and assimilate technical specifications and system requirements.

Knowledge of security strategy, threat actors, tactics, and tools.

Experience in application security, quality assurance, security incident response, threat and vulnerability management, and penetration testing methodology.
