Vice General Manager

Job Description

1. Oversee management of various factory departments including warehousing, technology, quality assurance, production, and equipment, ensuring the establishment and adherence to management systems and operational standards.

2. Direct the complete safety production process, including development and implementation of safety systems, hazard identification and correction, and ensuring the safety of all production activities and personnel.

3. Manage factory production processes, including material planning, quality control, and achieving production targets, while also focusing on technology improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.

4. Coordinate daily operations and workforce management, including hiring, compliance, and staff training, and address issues arising within production environments.

5. Contribute to strategic planning and external communications, participate in regular company meetings, and foster the company’s corporate culture.

Requirement

1. More than 15 years of senior managing experience in Asia

2. Cross-department management

3. Professional English needed.
