Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain files and records; manage office equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data management.
• Provide support to management and other teams as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
