Grand Design RV is looking for a Retail Support Agent to join the team!

An important key function of this role is industry knowledge and acumen.

Supporting our customers is our number one priority and being able to discuss technical information as it pertains to their RV is essential.

Training will be provided; however, a base understanding of the RV industry and mechanics is required to be considered for this position.

Key Areas of Responsibility Provide accurate technical diagnostics Answer incoming customer calls and respond to voicemails Answer Customer Service Emails in a 24 - hour period Start, manage, and/or update pending cases in Net Suite to manage customer concerns Assist customers with field service and sublets Process sublet reimbursements as received Meet with drop in customers and advise when needed Work with service department to schedule and release customer return units Maintain maximum possible available status in phone system Any and all other tasks assigned by the Retail Manager or superior Education & Experience RV Industry knowledge or background High School Diploma RVIA certification Preferred Previous customer service experience Strong computer/typing skills Proficient in Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment Office environment Occasional time on the shop floor Remote Access to Internet Required Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit in a production environment a few hours a week Office sitting and standing environment Keyboarding If you are the right candidate for this role, you would be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, EAP and various voluntary insurance.
