Construction Laborers and Operators (Concrete/Asphalt)

Job Description

Multiple openings for a Concrete and Asphalt company in North Bend. Both Laborers and Operators are needed. If you have any construction experience, love over time, hard work, and working with an amazing crew then one of these openings might be perfect for you!

Schedule: Typically it is a 6am start, but it can change depending on job. Shifts are 8-10 hours.

Occasional night and weekend work. No freeway overnight work. As busy season approaches there will be plenty of OT.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various projects and perform tasks to support the overall project completion.

Responsibilities:

Laborers: Raking, leveling, crack filling, seal coating, stripping (using paint machines), curbing (shoveling product from truck into machine to form curb, concrete flat work

Operators: Operate rakers, rollers, and screeds. ill help with removing and replacing, overlays and new paving with tonnages between 25 and 1,000 or more. Demolition, forming, pouring and finishing concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, street panels and more.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.

- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus

-Attention to detail regarding grade, proper sub-base construction, drainage and mat appearance (Operators)

- Ability to perform the physical demands on construction work
