Customer Service Representative
Full-time in office position (Monday-Friday 8-5)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for answering calls, emails, chats, and voicemails to provide product information and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. The ideal candidate must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
Responsibilities:
Provide Excellent customer care and focus; by assessing customers’ needs and providing the correct answer, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience and ultimate resolution.
Record customer interactions and order changes within company ERP system.
Quickly find answers and respond to customer issues, with a polite, and professional voice and manner
Look for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell as warranted
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails
Recall, or research answers quickly
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
Meet and exceed personal and team goals
Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
Qualifications
1-2 years previous customer service experience
Excellent computer skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office
