Physician Assistant - General Surgery

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a full-time Surgical Physician Assistant to join the St. Peter's General Surgery team at St. Peter's Hospital located in Albany, New York.

The surgical PA will work with a group of four surgeons and a team of four surgical PAs at St. Peter's Hospital. The group specializes in General, Endocrine, and Hepatobiliary surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic approaches.

Position Details:

First assisting, admissions, and rounding all on the campus of St. Peters Hospital

Blend of 2x 8-hour shifts and 2x 12-hour shifts

Rotating 1:5 overnight call for OR and weekends.

Excellent opportunity for growth with training from experienced colleagues

NYS licensure and DEA required

Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification

One to two years of experience required
