Purpose of the Role:
Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
Will be responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers within territory
Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
Will be responsible for distributor reviews
Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
Candidate Requirements
Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales
Excellent Communication skills
Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industry
Strong channel & distribution management skills
Essential Knowledge and Skills
The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.
Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
