Job Description

The Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly of cables, subassemblies, and final assemblies, adhering to provided drawings, work instructions, and shop floor travelers. This role demands a solid understanding of assembly tasks and the ability to apply skills across various assignments.

The Assembler will utilize tools, machines, and the SAP-ME system to efficiently complete builds, meeting CPI times and maintaining high quality with minimal errors.

Additionally, the Assembler may train others, perform in-process inspections, and program devices as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or similar vocational training.

Basic understanding of blueprint reading and the MID/WIP Database.

Proficient in using tools, machines (e.g., arbor presses, crimping machines), and the SAP-ME system.

Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and dexterously handle various parts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

IPC solder skills are preferred.

Must be a US Citizen.
