General Description

The Citizen Developer will be responsible for the detailed analysis, design, and documentation of identified processes across the Operations Division, considering improvements and recommendations to the analyzed process. The Citizen Developer will also be responsible for managing initiatives and delivering services that identify, design, and implement creative solutions using, but not limited to, Office 365 and Power Platform tools, JIRA, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We worked on identifying business requirements, functional design, process design(including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, developing, and testing.

Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define value proposition(when applicable), and recommend approach/strategy (when applicable).

Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

Reengineer process to improve automation.

Develop detailed "As-ls" process description and "To-Be" Automated Process Description.

Develop automation architecture and solution proposals focusing on scalability and extensibility.

Analyze and design the integration with other systems.

Work with Area Manager, Project Manager, and Developers to create high-level project plans for implementation projects.

Collaborate in identifying business requirements, functional design, and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).

Complies with the established Enterprise Platforms governance, design, and coding standards, policies, and procedures (specifically those related to audit and security).

Use Agile methodologies to deliver fast results.

Manage stakeholder's expectations (internal customers, supervisor, audit team, security, and any other parties involves in the project)

Reports status, issues, and risks to supervisor regularly.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Information, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience

Experience in process design and process improvement.

Relevant automation consulting or industry experience.

Experience in programming, preferably in high-level languages like OutSystems, Salesforce, PowerApps, JIRA, and RPA.

Knowledge of process efficiency tools and methodologies such as design thinking, lean, agile, Six Sigma, customer journey mapping, and analytics.

Other Qualifications

Proficiency in written and oral English/Spanish language

Ability to learn new skill sets and adapt to different team roles based on needs (cross-functional), such as development and testing.

Understanding of Process Design documents and Technical Design documents

Communication and Collaboration skillset

Customer Centric mentality

Demonstrate accountability

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
