We are looking for a rock star to join our team as a Regulated Markets Associate I in our Celaya, Guanajuato HUB. In this role you will be responsible for a wide array of support services. Expert level training/mentoring will be provided by Schneider Electric to ensure that you are successful in the role.

As a Regulated Markets Associate you will be in charge of:

Complete all assigned budget exceptions

Learn, follow and practice established processes for identification and notification of Tax Exemption Opportunities

Collect rate updates through utility websites, specific accounts

Communicate with analysts to maintain a good understanding about the new rates

Learn how to navigate in different portals for different vendors

Prioritize assignments such as budget exceptions, rate calculators, tax variances, rate scrubs, etc.

Qualifications - External

This job might be for you if:

Know and handle functions in CBMs and Service Desk

English level: B2

Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong customer service analytical and organizational skills

Strong communication and composition skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Be able to prioritize and manage the workload

Sense of Guidance for the crossing of information with vendors.
