Cordia Resources is seeking an experience Grant Administration Analyst to support grant administration, budgeting, and analysis.
Responsibilities
Monitor grant revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Reconcile grant accounts and prepare necessary adjustments as needed.
Track grant budgets and provide regular updates to management.
Prepare accurate and timely grant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure alignment of grant activities with organizational goals.
Assist in grant proposal development, budget preparation, and submission.
Requirements
Knowledge of federal, state, and private grant regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in revenue monitoring, reconciliation, and budget tracking
Ability to prepare comprehensive grant reports.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
