The Lead Customer Service Representative @ The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (some weekends and additional flexibility required)

What will I do every day?

Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community

Assist residents with requests as needed

Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process

Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area

Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

Audit records and files

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Bring a smile to work every day

Be a great team player

6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

High school diploma or GED preferred
