We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedrive’s core experiences across different channels and platforms.

You will gain a thorough understanding of our users’ needs regarding integrating with Pipedrive by utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience.

Your new adventure:

Work together with senior product designer and product manager to explore opportunities, understand user needs, and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs

Participate in user research to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users and to learn how to use a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Dive into data points and world of causation and correlation to learn more about user behaviour

Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, hand-off files etc.) to communicate ideas to project stakeholders

Ensure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems

Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, refining the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints

Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedrive’s design language

Communicate thought processes and deliverables to stakeholders and implementers

Share learnings and provide feedback to other designers

Collaborate with remote teams in Tartu, Lisbon and Prague if needed

Does this sound like you?

At least one year of experience working or interning as a designer who has designed software solutions

Proficiency with Figma and experience with Atlassian (or other task management software)

Proven experience in user research both qualitative and quantitative

An understanding of design systems and how to implement them in your work

A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills, and openness to feedback

A user-centric design approach

The ability to provide practical and functional solutions

Critical thinking skills

Experience in planning and evaluating work processes and taking ownership of them

Great attention to detail and analytical reasoning

Having a portfolio or a strong project to showcase is a plus

A degree in the Design field is a plus

Fluency in English
