Job Description

For our long-term development at our head office in Vaduz, you will take on the following tasks in the role of Assistant Private Banking Special Relations (f/m/d):

Supporting the client advisors and the team leader in advising and supporting demanding German-speaking private clients

Independent handling of day-to-day business including independent preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition appointments as well as obtaining information

Preparation of account openings, liquidity management and monitoring of customer portfolios with regard to due dates of outstanding items

Independent order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions

Independently and proactively relieving the team leader and relationship managers in all administrative matters and travel management (planning business trips, reservations, agenda management, etc.)

Taking on organizational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks)

Cooperation in the organization and preparation of client events (invitation process) as well as selective participation in representative events together with the client advisors

Requirements

For this responsible position we are looking for a trustworthy person of integrity with the following profile:

Completed banking education or basic commercial apprenticeship paired with several years of practical experience in private banking

Experience in advising private banking clients is an advantage

Experience in dealing with cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.)

Market-specific knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives

Committed and proactive personality with a high level of initiative

Strong customer orientation and service orientation with high standards of quality and reliability

Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills

Good time and self-management skills and reliable work organization

Excellent team player

Fluent German and good knowledge of English
