Purpose of the role
To lead (dotted lines) the Countries Delivery team in delivering high quality and cost-efficient customer outcomes across Transported by Maersk & Managed by Maersk activities, with full responsibility to monitor the execution of Inland first mile, LCL, Air & CHB. Build an engaged, high performing team capable of collaborating in a matrix environment to achieve the desired customer, cost and standardization outcomes, in line with internal and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Drive Area Delivery functional outcomes
Ensure consistent high-quality execution of all products within TbM/MbM scope, in line with internal standards and customer promises.
Support & execute the strategy of the Regional & Area Leadership Teams, in conjunction with IBS initiatives.
Monitor the visibility to customers in cooperation with CX on milestones where required (end-to-end across products)
Support the Integration efforts across all Maersk products to enable a seamless end-to-end delivery network across modes of transport.
Drive & monitor the team with a strong orientation towards delivering superior customer outcomes though efficient high-quality delivery networks.
Create an environment for colleagues to grow and thrive, through empowerment, engagement & trust.
Accountability:
To monitor the execution of the country Delivery Teams
Drive and support standardization initiatives across all product execution and provide input to process design
Monitor Vendor management (in conjunction with Procurement)
Monitor timely customer invoicing.
Monitor & drive RICC controls.
