Oversee payroll/operation activities for Egypt not limited to payroll and benefit calculations, vendor coordination, annual payroll activities as well as other ad hoc process improvement project as requested by the Company.
Maintain completion, consistency, and accuracy of payroll and employee information in systems; Support on data process flow design.
Carries out constant monitoring and adjustment of existing processes and documents of personnel records management in order to ensure their compliance with the current labor legislation.
Maintain payroll team service quality standardization by providing guidelines, SOP, policies and procedures and make sure the services are delivered within statutory policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirement in related jurisdiction.
Analyzes the Company's payroll fund and provides relevant reports to the Company's managers.
Provides both administrative and technical management of the payroll team;
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience with Payroll/Compliance & personnel
Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
Proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to interpret data to inform hiring decisions and sourcing approaches
Expert communicator, inspires confidence in others, fluent in English
Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important,
