Vehicle Repossession Coordinator

Requirements Responsibilities Receiving repossession instructions from financial institutions and ensuring all required documents are received Do a search on the location of the vehicle units as per the received instructions and communicate to the financial institutions if there are any problems with the units tracking systems Dispatching of instructions and assigning of units to be repossessed to the repo field teams according to the unit location and proximity Coordinate and assist the repossession field team Be always in contact with the financial institution updates, consultations ad approvals where necessary Proper filing of repossession instructions pending and ensure to keep proper reports on the progress of repossessions Ensure to adhere to the set-up timelines in the repossession activities Ensure the assigned company vehicle is maintained as per the service schedule Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor/Management.
