We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our client's growing team in Cambodia. Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality industry within Cambodia and potentially in international markets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competition strategies to position our brand effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and implement strategic business plans.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's quality standards.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present regular reports on progress, targets, and business development initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of the hospitality market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
