Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tour Agency Manager to join our client's growing team in Cambodia. This is an exciting opportunity for foreign or local professionals who have a passion for travel and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the tour agency business in Cambodia.

Manage day-to-day operations, including booking tours, coordinating transportation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service.

Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation companies, and other partners to ensure the best possible experience for clients.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the tourism industry, preferably in Cambodia.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services.

Proficiency in English and Khmer; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
