Associate Director Biostatistics

RBW Consulting has partnered with a very exciting small biotech company in Greater Boston in part of their search for an Associate Director of Biostatistics. This role will be hybrid in the Greater Boston area, with a very close-knit team and strong leadership.

You will be leading and implementing statistical analyses to support early development clinical trials. This candidate will work very closely with cross-functional team members to ensure all biostatistics deliverables are high quality, on time, and within budget. Reporting to the Head of Biometrics, a successful candidate will be able to operate independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

PhD in statistics with proven experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry

Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research, study design, and CRO oversight

Strong knowledge of scientific approach and methodologies

Experience in Oncology is strongly preferred
