NAX will provide a $15k relocation bonus if willing to relocate to Tampa, Florida.
Job Summary
As a Staff Software Engineer, BackEnd for NAX, you'll be leading a diverse group of engineers building AI infused business solutions all the way from frontend, backend, data to AIML models
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Architect, develop and provide support for software that empower our joint ventures.
Work closely with our Venture Engineering MDs/Leads to ensure all features meet our standards for knowability, scalability, and overall operational maturity
Propose and socialize technical standards and best practices
Be a technical evangelist for the NAX Platform
Infuse venture applications with AI, harnessing its power to evolve the business landscape
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years experience leading Java development teams resulting in successful project deliveries
Extreme proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RDBMS technologies
Experience in leading technical teams across the different layers of the software stack
Experience working with stakeholders to identify, document, analyze, implement, and test software requirements.
Passionate about technology, engineering quality and automation
Working knowledge of technologies such as ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, Federated GraphQL, gRPC
Working knowledge on technologies within the AIML, Data Platform, Web & Mobile spaces
Experience with "Infrastructure as Code" and cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure & GCP
