In this role, you'll coordinate office operations for the Washington, D.C. location, serving as a crucial initial point of contact for visitors and clients. We're looking for an organized, adaptable individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service

Managing phone communications

Overseeing office logistics

Maintaining supplies

Supporting administrative tasks for attorneys

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services setting

Reception and administrative support background is preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
