Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will need to have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met

Communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, architects, and clients

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards

Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints

Review and approve all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices

Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure project success

Use Procore and Bluebeam software to manage project documents and communications

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction project management

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field

Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
