Job Description

Welder The position of the Welder is, but not limited to the following: • Preheat and finish weld components per drawing specifications. • Repairs broken or cracked metal parts, filling holes, and building up surfaces to be machined to dimensions per drawing. • Familiarity with pre-heating requirements for certain types of welding. • Document, sign and date Weld Inspection Monitor sheet for parts being welded that require the maintaining of interpass temperatures. Experience using overhead cranes is very beneficial.
