Location: Richmond, VA 23224 / Monday through Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM / $24.40 Hourly

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for one of our Richmond, Virginia plants.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the start-up of the production floor, making sure all employees are at their assigned work areas to begin work and that there are sufficient workloads at each area. They will maintain an even/timely workflow through production floor; maintain standard production goals, quality standards and performance records. They will become familiar with many aspects of plant operations, to include operation of machinery, loading/unloading carts and ensuring that soiled linens are processed within designated time frames.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of leadership experience.

Minimum of 1 year of recent supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

High school diploma or GED.

Positive attitude.

Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Be a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.) and is willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays.
