Ecolab is seeking an HR Generalist to provide strategic human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. This encompasses various functions such as recruiting compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and personnel research.

Job Characteristics:

lead the full recruitment cycle from requisition to mobilization of candidates.

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies and ensure the organization’s recruiting needs are handled appropriately.

Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process.

Coach and develop managers around employee relations, performance management, goal setting and other key areas. Ensure all related processes defined from global HR are effectively executed within timeline.

Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of core HR service delivery.

Serve as a resource to both managers and associates by providing policy, systems, and procedure interpretation.

Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business.

Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.

Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.

Support actions of the wider HR team including related projects and regional HR initiatives.

Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by line Manager.

Education/Work Experience:

Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business, accompanied by three to five years of hands-on experience in human resources.
