Körber Pharma is seeking an Accounting Specialist (f/m/d) to support the finance related activities including reporting to the group and audits.In this role, you will work with the local management and the group finance team. The position is half-time and based in Labège (Toulouse).
Your role in our team
Setup of in-house accounting (takeover of financial service providers) and independent and comprehensive processing
Carry out careful checks and account assignments in accordance with commercial and tax law aspects to ensure compliance
Preparation of VAT returns
Regular reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
Reconciliation of settlements between the affiliated Group companies
Support in the creation of intercompany invoices
Control, processing and payment of travel expense reports
Preparation and execution of payment transactions as well as liquidity control
Implementation of receivables management
Coordination and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Preparation of documents for the annual tax returns (preparation by the tax advisor)
Monthly transfer of local accounting to the German group Reporting according to HGB as well as preparation of all necessary reports
Coordination of tax matters with the local tax advisor and Group Tax
Communication with auditors and tax advisors as well as close coordination with the finance colleagues of the German parent company
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial training or studies in business administration
Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within an international group of companies
Experience in controlling (desirable)
Very good command of written and spoken English
Work experience in English
Very good knowledge of accounting, tax and travel expense law
Professional handling of the MS Office package
Strong analytical skills and a meticulous way of working
Structured process and goal orientation as well as a high level of responsibility and cost awareness
