Plant Manager – Food Manufacturing

Salary $125,000 - $135,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Midwest USA

One of our client’s Midwest Plants is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager who can lead this group of employees to the next level of performance by achieving the profit potential by leading, organizing, training, planning, and developing a safe, productive, quality business.

You’ll champion the plant’s continuous improvement strategy, achieve all budget and performance targets, and ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes. You’ll need to be a hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing who can help foster a great work culture!

Minimum requirements for this Plant Manager position:

• At least 7 years of Food Production management experience

• Ability to communicate effectively, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Dairy experience preferred.
