As a Quality Engineer, you will be included in the development of Voice products and functionalities such as conference calls, text-to-speech, number masking, voice recording and many others from an idea to a product ready for our customers. You will gain the insights into planned initiatives and requirements, and will be responsible for providing clear feedback on risks threatening the product and defining a test strategy. You will continuously work on testing with engineers and proactively share the testing and product state, ensuring that all found issues are addressed and value is delivered to the users.

If you are a student of higher or final year of studies in the field of IT, join our Software Quality Engineering Internship program that starts in July 2024, and get a chance to land your first job at Infobip.

At our 8-week Software Quality Engineering Internship program you will:

Understand the testing craft (it’s way more than writing and executing test cases!)

Perform various types of testing, prioritize and communicate the results to the stakeholders

Learn how to define testing strategy and identify risks threatening the product

Use various tools and write automation (backend, frontend, end-to-end) to support your testing efforts

Work with Javascript, Postman, Graylog, Grafana and other tools

Contribute to the continuous testing of the services using Jenkins and Git

Work in agile environment and learn about agile methodologies

Internship selection process and execution of the program will be held completely in English.

Qualifications

You will fit in if:

You are a final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) engineering, technology & applied science student with no professional experience, we are here to give you experience!

You Will Stand Out If You

Have a quality mindset and are familiar with the risk-based and context-driven testing

Participated in student projects, Hackatons, workshops or other

Already participated in some internship programs

Are fluent in English, speak at a conversational level

Are able to work full time after completing the internship

Internship timeline:

May 27th – application deadline

By the end of May – online testing

June - selection process feedback and interviews

July – start of the internship program

September - end of the Internship program
