We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Developer Experience - Global Conference Logistics Intern to join our team. you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. You will work closely with our conference team to ensure the successful execution of events.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in event management or related fields.

What will you do:

Assist in the planning and organization of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking events.

Collaborate with the conference team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives.

Coordinate logistics, vendors, speakers, including event registration, guest lists, travel arrangements, and accommodations.

Assist in coordinating event marketing and promotional activities.

Aid in the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and agendas.

Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Assist with post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback from participants and preparing event reports.

Conduct market research to identify potential event sponsors, partners, and vendors.

Support the team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining event databases, managing event-related correspondence, and tracking expenses.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

More about you:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

You are available to start work on July 8th, 2024.

You hold valid student rights from Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
