Who/What Are We Looking For?

As a vital part of our team, you will:

Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries with finesse and expertise

Efficiently gather customer information, assess needs, and provide comprehensive solutions

Confidently promote our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations

Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations

Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:

A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education

Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction

A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating our offerings

Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability

A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues

Compensation:

$18/hr plus monthly bonus potential

Office Hours:

Based out of our Manassas, VA Headquarters

Monday through Friday with rotating weekends

10am - 7pm; 11am - 8pm
