More about the role:

• Resonsible for Day-to-Day operations including ordering, rostering and stock control.

• Banking

• Gaming (TAB + Pokies)

• Liase with senior kitchen and front of house staff

• Accomodation

• Rostering

• Staff Management

Do you measure up?

Are you an experience duty manager with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Hold a valid LCQ Certificate + Managers Certificate

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills

• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude

• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail

• Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.

• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
