Essential Functions:

Manage and implement change requests for assigned applications.

Improve and optimize service delivery utilizing structured problem solving methodology such as Process Mapping Lean Six Sigma and Data Analysis activities.

Utilize FCM to develop workflows to streamline processes within the departments.

Responsible for the standardization of quality mechanisms that will assure service delivery accuracy of 99.9.

Create scripts for Foxtrot to automate maintenance.

Effectively synthesize data to provide executive level summaries.

Design and support the launch of a new banking product. The Bank is partnering with a third-party vendor to work on developing on online bank core system. Short term is to open up a pilot online bank in Maryland, supporting savings accounts. Long term is to open up to a larger geography and product offering.

Resource would handle day to day role of executing RPA, not necessarily building, but monitoring the RBA run, ensuring it runs successfully, and triage of any errors.

Support in building products within the core environment, working with the core vendor FIS on the build of new products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an RPA Analyst/Application Analyst

Experience with writing automation scripts in UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or FoxTrot

Excellent communication
