Maintenance Worker

Job Description

$18 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:

Take additional maintenance requests as assigned

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure safety, functionality and aesthetics

Conduct inspections of common areas, identify maintenance needs and promptly address any issues

Maintain the properties in an efficient, clean manner which includes trash patrols and pressure washing

Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests with a focus on excellent customer focus

Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment needed to perform maintenance tasks

Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulationsQualifications:

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures

Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requestsAbout Company
