Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting for one of the largest financial services companies in Sri Lanka. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in accounting and Finance, with a sound understanding of the AP function.

A full professional qualification in accounting (CA,ACCA,CIMA).

SAP experience is a plus.

Proven leadership skills,with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Responsibilities

Leading and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) function,ensuring efficient and timely processing of invoices.

Championing process improvement initiatives,streamlining workflows, and fostering culture of continuous improvement.

Building strong relationships with intenal and extenal stakeholders,and delivering exceptional service.

Motivating and monitoring a team of professionals,fostering a colloaborative and high-performing environment.
