Account Manager

What you will do:

Full cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and hiring solid candidates for our clients.

Develop and manage candidate pipelines.

Conduct on-boarding and ensure new hire process completed.

Provide coaching/counseling as needed to ensure successful candidates.

Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service by assisting and addressing needs and issues.

Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years college education or equivalent work experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks simultaneously.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Detail Oriented and organized.
