QUALIFICATIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred

Must have 2 or more years of HR/payroll experience

Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Previous help desk, Ultipro, and Timetrak experience preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.

Effectively manage the HR/payroll support help desk system and resolve issues appropriately while continually improving the response time and quality of service.

Performs audits of the communities to ensure HR/payroll policies and procedures are followed.

Works in conjunction with the payroll analysis team to ensure all procedures and deadlines are adhered to.

Provide creative input to further develop the success of the HR/help desk system.

Shift and Wage:

Full-Time Opportunity Available

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Wage: $20.00/hr
