The Position

Operating and maintaining all utilities and facilities system following site and organization standards/guidelines/requirements.

Execute planning and reporting of maintenance and calibration tasks as scheduled by Maintenance Planner.

Responsibilities:

Execution and maintain operation of the systems / equipment (which appointed to him/her following all procedures / instruction in placed.

Execution of work order / requested of PM and CM for facilities/utility and supplies equipment (as per assignment by his/her supervisor).

Documentation of utilization of equipment and consumption for energy and material as well as periodic reports following procedure / instruction related.

Act as firewatcher for signing the permit and oversees the open flame/hot work area, maintains responsibility to prevent fires/injuries during the hot work, monitors the area post hot work, and uses a fire extinguisher for incipient stage fires and contacts emergency responders.

Responsible for keeping abreast site safety & quality requirement and specific compliance policy and standards at daily work.

Demonstrate quality leadership behavior, promote a quality culture, and proactively supports cGMP compliance.

Promote the site SHE culture, including but not limited to, the interdependency safety culture.

Troubleshooting

Able to use and optimize any kind of tools and steps of problem solving in the equipment/system assigned to him/her.

Actively involved in undertaking a hands-on troubleshooting role within specific areas of the utilities and facilities system/equipment, addressing operational problems with process equipment, including the direct use of tools.

Operation Supplies and Spare Parts Management

Involve inspecting returned parts and ensure their condition does not affect the quality and productivity of equipment in accordance to the area assigned to him/her and place them in their correct storage location.

Work as a team to ensure all operation supplies and spare parts for utilities system / equipment are used/installed well during operational and or maintenance activities.

Continuous Improvement

Maintain passion and culture of continuous improvement in area of Utilities and Facilities system / equipment.

Proactive in self-developing on well engineering analysis to find any opportunities for improvement in operational and maintenance to be more efficient on resource plan and arrangement, performance and cost etc. comply with all requirements.

Actively involve any events/activities related to productive maintenance / improvement programs (e.g., Kaizen, Business Improvement, 5S, Gemba, etc.)

Documentation

Execute all reporting and analysis for daily operation and periodic maintenance / processes included with deviations on engineering equipment under his/her responsibilities.

Promote data integrity and good documentation practices implementation for any documentation activities during operational and maintenance processes

Maintain source documents for all equipment/systems assigned to him/her

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Diploma (D3) or Technical High School (STM) with 2 (two) years’ Experience.

Certify for several / particular license for Facilities / Utilities Equipment (i.e. Water and Waste Management, Boiler, Electrical, etc.) following local and or organizational requirements.

Qualify to operate and handle the system / equipment which appointed to him/her following Training and Qualification processes by Learning and Development department.

Understand with principal of trouble shooting and root cause analysis following available/applicable tools as per Productive Maintenance System programs.

Good level of knowledge of safety and cGMP implementation

Works well in a team environment and supports team members in always motivated and customer focused.

Native level in Local language and Conversational level in English
