Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Federal Financials/EBS solutions for government clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop customized solutions that meet their unique needs and objectives.

Configure Oracle Federal Financials/EBS modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Asset Management, to support client requirements.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and training materials.

Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle systems.

Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Oracle ERP systems and government financial management.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution demonstrations, and client presentations, to support business development efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Federal Financials/EBS solutions, with a focus on federal government clients.

Deep understanding of Oracle Federal Financials/EBS modules and their integration points, including GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Asset Management.

Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 or later versions, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities.

Strong knowledge of federal government financial management processes and regulations, including OMB Circulars, FASAB standards, and DOD Financial Management Regulations.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Federal Financials Cloud Service (FFCS) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oracle certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Oracle EBS Financials Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
