The multi-craft maintenance technician is responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

WHAT we need you to do.

Perform all electrical-related tasks associated with new equipment installations.

Upgrade existing cabinets, conduits, fixtures, control panels, etc. to ideal working condition.

Programming of PLCs, controllers, drives, etc.

Create schematics of all electrical components.

Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical components.

Troubleshoot electrical problems encountered during manufacturing processes. Electrical components include, but are not limited to AC/DC motors and drives, electrical cabinets, transformers, breakers, relays, solenoids, etc.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Implement/Improve the safeguarding of all electrical components.

Build and maintain an inventory of all required spare parts both electrical and mechanical.

Manage the PM schedule, repairs, and upgrades to the manufacturing equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT you need to possess.

High School Diploma or GED

Two (2) year technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred

Five (5) or more years of experience as an Industrial Electrician and/or Maintenance Mechanic preferred

All skills related to electrical services in an industrial environment

Electrical safety

AutoCAD or comparable software

PLC programming and troubleshooting

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Diplomacy and professionalism

Adherence to company core values

Night shift

Team player and self-starter; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with cross-functional teams

Basic computer skills
