Purchasing Officer

Company in Paints/Construction sector is looking for a qualified Purchasing Officer:- Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the purchase and delivery of materials and services from suppliers and vendors Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery Maintain and update records of purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and inventory Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, finance, and sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the purchase and logistics process Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding procurement and logistics Candidate Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field At least 3 years of experience in purchase and logistics management, preferably in the paints or chemical industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of international trade, customs, and shipping procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Interested candidates may send their CV/Resume
