Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development, execution, and management of all spa and wellness services and programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the spa and wellness department, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

Team Development: Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities for the spa and wellness team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Cultural Ambassador: Cultivate a team environment that promotes open communication, support, and collective success, enhancing the overall team morale and performance.

Vendor and Internal Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners while seamlessly coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

Possesses at least 4 years of leadership experience, with 2 years or more in a luxury spa, club, clinic, or wellness center.

Demonstrates a strong background in team management, capable of leading a team of 15 or more, including staff development, performance evaluation, and recruitment processes.

Exhibits outstanding management and leadership qualities, with a natural flair for motivating and inspiring team members.

Has a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and financial management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Is well-versed in the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies within the spa and wellness sector.

Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
