This is a full-time on-site role as a Collections Officer located in Karaikkudi. The Collections Officer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with debt collection, including analyzing accounts, providing customer service, communicating with clients, and managing financial records. The Collections Officer will work closely with the finance team and other relevant departments.Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of debt collection practices and procedures

Understanding of finance and financial records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in collections or related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred
