Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Deliver Professional Skills courses
Continuously assess and enhance Communication and etiquette skills of students
Conduct mock assessments on various communication tasks essential for succeeding in placement processes
Any other decided by Head CPG from time to time
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft skill and communication trainer
Certification in BEC/Language Skills/Relevant certifications
Essential skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Corporate Etiquettes
Knowledge of Instructional Design
