Roles and Responsibility:-
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals
Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job
duties
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
Meeting with clients to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and
closing deals
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including
identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for
untapped markets
Managing the company's relationships with current customers and building
relationships with potential clients to generate new business
Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational
goals
Ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with regarding sales
practices
Build alliances and partnerships with institutional stake holders like Architects, Interior
designers and clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales
strategies
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve performance and meet
objectives
Develop strong relationships with customers and key accounts to promote loyalty and
repeat business
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively sell products and
services
Generate new leads and cultivate prospects through networking
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Manage administrative tasks associated with the sales process, such as creating
reports, maintaining records, and processing payments
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Assist with trade show planning and execution
Skills Required:-
Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field
3-5 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to coach and motivate team members to reach sales goals
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
Working knowledge of CRM software programs
