Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager for North India at Halton India Pvt Ltd. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and securing new clients, managing existing client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. This role is primarily located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the food service industry & HVAC industry(MEP consultants).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical(HVAC background product/project sales) or Foodservice Industry with Technical Background.

Demonstrated experience in sales and business development. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Auto-cad General Knowledge would be an added advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment

Previous experience in the HVAC or air solutions industry is a must, as is a strong understanding of the North Indian market.
