Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

Are you a master of organization with a passion for making meaningful connections? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you on our team as a Client Care Coordinator for our Manassas Office!

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our Clients. You will be the heartbeat of our company, ensuring the perfect match for each client's needs. You are responsible for staffing clients with our dedicated and knowledgeable caregivers, answering phone calls, and clients' questions. Your exceptional communication skills will keep clients informed and satisfied, while your keen eye for talent will shine as you interview and manage caregivers to handle your clients' load effectively. Being on call for scheduling is a shared requirement among office staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client schedules, phone and email communication, data entry, and general office tasks.

Communicate with patients and families regarding home care needs and scheduling of home care staff.

Implement improvement processes as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred).

Minimum of 2 years experience working within a healthcare office setting;

Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations;

Excellent organization, planning, and management skills;

Time management and prioritization are key;

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines;

Computer skills are a must - Outlook experience is helpful!
