The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead all stages of the talent acquisition process, and promote effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the organization at global level. This position is based in Herndon, VA, has a hybrid schedule (home/office) after 3 months, and reports to the Manager of Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities

Proactively manage and drive all stages of the talent acquisition process, from resume review to offer.

Screen applications and identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, present candidates to hiring team and advocate for them based on teams’ unique needs.

Ensure company talent acquisition metrics are met, including time in stage to time to hire.

Maintain the applicant tracking system and internal talent acquisition and HR data up to date.

Collaborate with hiring managers in defining scope of position, including drafting job description and defining hiring criteria, as well as being their advisor throughout the hiring process.

Adapt to changing business needs and constantly seek opportunities to improve the hiring process and experience.

Ensure outstanding onboarding experience by collaborating with the HR team and other departments.

Support compliance efforts and partner with the HR team on ad-hoc projects.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Strong communications, both written and verbal, in coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects to closure.

Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables.

Experience/Education

3+ years’ of demonstrated experience in high-volume Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.

Prior experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

US Salary Range

$90,000—$105,000 USD
